Can’t thank you enough for the picture, met Cameron yesterday and unveiled the masterpiece – to say he was thoroughly overwhelmed was an understatement, he was completely blown away with it. I have never known him to be so impressed with anything in his life before, Beverley also dead chuffed with your take on him. He is having it framed and it will take pride of place in their lounge where they are going to move everything around to hang it so everyone can view your handiwork from the best possible viewing point.

Many, many thanks to you for all the hard work you put into the character you did.Moira and Ian (the victims) were absolutely gobsmacked.(that would have made a great picture in itself) It was very nice to have been able to give what was a unique and very personalised gift. The painting has been greatly admired and is in pride of place in Moira and Ian's dining room.Thanks again for the prompt attention. Happy illustrating !

Dear Martin,
At the ball I was privilaged to announce the launch of the Orchid Ball Foundation (in aid of Muscular Dystrophy)-A Scottish registered charity in its own right, and through its autonomy will ensure not only the future but the Scottish identity of the orchid ball. -none of this could have been done without your support.
The tribute to Gavin Hastings turned out really well and raised £1,400 in the auction - Gavin has signed the caricature and I will get a photograph of the finished piece as soon as possible.

loved it even more when seeing it in the full daylight, there were things we
hadn’t noticed from the photo you’d sent (Mr Bean’s blue trunks, the pars emblem
on the black belt and the wine stain on the suit) he was really well chuffed and
thought it was a great likeness of him.
Still
trying to decide what kind of a frame to put it in which will depend where it’s
situated, but I want it somewhere so everyone will see it in it’s full
glory! I
can’t thank you enough Marti for the genius work and I’m sure it will be a
talking point in our house for many a year to come, you never know I’ll maybe
get you some more business out of it!!!
